# Pinako

> Pinako is a Chromium browser extension plus a web portal at pinako.pro plus an optional desktop AI Bridge. It organizes the user's entire browsing context (open tabs, closed-but-saved "ghost" tabs, windows, libraries, notes, bookmarks) into a hierarchical tree they can navigate, search, annotate, and share.

- Ghost tabs: close a tab via Pinako and it stays in the tree at no memory cost; double-click reopens it exactly where it was.
- Libraries: named collections of tabs, windows, and notes, shareable publicly or by invite, with real-time co-editing on paid plans.
- Browser bookmarks as a fully interactive tree, bidirectionally synced with the native manager, with AI semantic search.
- Rich-text notes per tree, plus searchable per-node memos and tags.
